The Mardock's Battleship is the miniboss in the third stage from the Super Famicom version of Jikkyō Oshaberi Parodius.
Description[]
Mardock's Battleship is a battleship owned by Dr. Mardock first appearing in Pop'n TwinBee acting as both a miniboss and level in this game.
The PSX version replaces it with the Warumon's Flagship, a mix between the Cat Battleship and the Super TonTon Ship from Yume Penguin Monogatari which, despite the new coat of paint and the general Warumon theme has the exact same attack patterns.
Attack patterns[]
The two ships are equipped with many turrets on the top and bottom, and will also shoot cannonballs from the front. After moving about a bit they'll get positioned on the top and dispatch the BaronBee, which you have to fight while the ship is still on the screen. After BaronBee is defeated the ships move again, so you'll face the top part before they leave the screen through the left on their own accord. All of the ships' turrets can be destroyed.
