~ Stage song title |
The Mirror Ball is a miniboss in Jikkyō Oshaberi Parodius.
Description[]
This large glass ball serves as the Sub-Boss for Stage 1 in Jikkyō Oshaberi Parodius. Its weakspot is the rope holding it up. When defeated, it reveals that it was holding the real boss inside.
Attack patterns[]
The Mirror Ball's only attack is to send shards of glass in the direction of the player. These shards spawn on random spots on the ball, and are large enough to bypass Shields. A rather simple safespot would be to sit right beside the rope holding it up. The Ball cannot aim up there.
In the Saturn/PSX remake, the Mirror Ball now fires in random directions, including the rope area. The player can now also shoot at it anywhere as opposed to only at the rope.
